We are looking to grow our commercial team with a talent able to lead our business development activities by bringing our services and certain turnkey solutions to targeted personal care and food companies, starting with a EMEA scope.The candidate shall be based in the European Union, with a proven capacity at finding, building and managing business relationships with a significant technical content.Our company is known but not established, our solutions are innovative. We have enjoyed our first commercial successes but need to generate more. The ideal candidate will have to define the path to success, often by starting with complex engagements with innovation communities before accompanying the project(s) to deployment at industrial scale with process engineering teams.The candidate will be supported in his/her engagements by the commercial leadership and our &gt; 20 R&amp;D taskforce.
