The role of a CSA2, is to act as the Person-in-Charge if Supervisor is not on site. The CSA2, will support the BottleDrop Supervisor and management to ensure a safe and positive work environment by assisting with cash handling, training, and by consistently demonstrating and following company policies as outlined in handbooks and training materials. Be able to effectively and professionally communicate with team, management, customers and internal departments of OBRC. Be familiar with OBRC Employee Handbook and BottleDrop Policy and Procedures. Track and report daily activities of Redemption Center by using proper forms and procedures. Properly and effectively be able operate and troubleshoot all Front of House equipment.Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Adhere to all OBRC policies and any applicable OSHA safety policies, including but not limited to Personal Protective Equipment and Lock Out Tag Out</li><li>Support BottleDrop Supervisor as Person-in-Charge when Supervisor is off site</li><li>Cash handling tasks as needed</li><li>Assist in training and oversight of BottleDrop Team Members</li><li>Troubleshoot and maintain all Front of House equipment</li><li>Escalate equipment repair and/or IT issues when necessary</li><li>Perform the functions of a Retail Lead as needed</li><li>Perform the functions of a BottleDrop Team Member as needed</li><li>Other job duties as assigned</li></ul> Education/Experience<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent education is required</li><li>Minimum 1 year supervisory experience, preferably in the retail industry with cash handling required</li></ul>  Requirements – Skills, Job Knowledge &amp; Abilities <ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally at all levels with internal and external business partners</li><li>Ability to prioritize and multi-task</li><li>Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs</li></ul>Supervisory Responsibility<ul><li>None</li></ul> Travel<ul><li>None</li></ul> Working Conditions/Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The position involves sitting, walking and lifting up to 50 pounds for long periods of time throughout the day.Qualifications

Through our BotttleDrop Redemption Centers and partnerships with retailers, we collect nearly all the containers redeemed in Oregon, return deposits to consumers, and provide a high quality source of recycled raw materials for manufacturers. We are a not-for-profit cooperative business made up of over 150 Oregon beverage distribution companies. Our workforce of more than 500 employees provides a fast, easy, and accountable system for recycling beverage containers. And, just as Tom McCall envisioned it more than 45 years ago, we deliver a cleaner, greener, Oregon at zero cost to taxpayers. We are a growing company with a track record of innovation. In just the last year, we've added 14 more locations for people to return their empties, while also expanding capacity at our processing plants so that we can accommodate higher recycling rates and more container types with redemption value. We will continue to expand in the future with even more locations, new partnerships to help raise money for non-profit community groups, and new programs that will build on our leadership in container recycling.</div>
