As Engineering Process Lead, you will play a key role in aligning how we design, build, and deliver transformers—from customer request to final delivery. You will work across the Global Product Group (GPG), Business Unit (BU), HUBs, and Transformer factories to unify fragmented engineering practices. This role is central to our transformation journey, helping us move from local, manual ways of working to a global, digital, and standardized approach.
