Above all we will never stop learning and striving to help each other reach our maximum potential.</div><div><br></div><div>As Regional Sales Manager for North LATAM, you will lead the full commercial cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—executing our sales strategy through a strong partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for expanding Wingtra’s presence in key markets such as Mexico and Costa Rica, building strong relationships with end customers, and identifying new growth opportunities. This high-impact role requires persistence, adaptability, and proactive client engagement. Based in Mexico, you will be at the forefront of the fast-growing drone industry, gaining hands-on expertise across a wide range of geospatial applications.</div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own and manage the entire sales process, from pipeline generation to meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets</li><li>Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive market penetration and business growth in the region</li><li>Build, manage, and grow relationships with reseller and distribution partners, ensuring alignment with Wingtra’s go-to-market strategy</li><li>Support direct sales efforts in collaboration with our dealers, acting as a trusted advisor and solution-oriented partner</li><li>Identify and qualify new business opportunities (inbound and outbound) by understanding customer needs and pain points</li><li>Promote Wingtra’s brand and product value proposition across target markets, becoming a visible and credible market ambassador</li><li>Gather and share customer use cases and market feedback to contribute to Wingtra’s ongoing strategic development</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and activity tracking in our CRM system (HubSpot)</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience (6+ years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience</li><li>The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling to target customers and at the same time building lasting relationships with distribution partners</li><li>Comfortable driving both large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and dynamically closing smaller faster-paced inbound opportunities</li><li>Experience providing solutions based on customer needs</li><li>Tech savviness working with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools</li><li>Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English &amp; Spanish</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)</li></ul><h3>Plus</h3><ul><li>Expertise in surveying and mapping around the mining, engineering, and construction verticals. </li><li>Previous experience in working with image post-processing softwares like Pix4D, Agisoft, TBC, Leica,Topcon, Trimble, ESRI</li></ul><br><div>If you enjoy teamwork more than being the individual superhero, and if you thrive in a feedback-driven culture and an exciting, unconventional yet structured and progressive start-up environment, we would love to hear from you.</div>
