The ideal candidate will be responsible for the <strong>administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement</strong> of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, alignment to ITIL standards, and a seamless user experience.</p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Administer and maintain all core modules within ServiceNow, including but not limited to: <strong>Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, Asset (HAM&amp;SAM), Employee Experience and Service Catalog</strong>.</li><li>Perform advanced configuration and development of forms, workflows, client/server scripts, notifications, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.</li><li>Partner with process owners to design and implement solutions within the platform that support business needs and align with industry best practices.</li><li>Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits of the <strong>CMDB</strong>, discovery results, and related data sets.</li><li>Manage platform upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring customizations are preserved and issues are proactively addressed.</li><li>Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for stakeholders and process owners.</li><li>Provide user support, training, and documentation across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.</li><li>Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors on platform enhancements and third-party integrations (e.g., Active Directory, SCCM, HR systems, monitoring tools).</li><li>Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.</li><li>Maintain proper change management procedures and documentation in accordance with internal policies and audit requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree may be considered).</li><li><strong>Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow administration experience</strong>, including working with major modules and platform development.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>ITIL framework </strong>and experience working in ITSM environments.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and Integration Hub</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Discovery, CMDB management</strong>, and data reconciliation.</li><li>Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and system health checks.</li><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is <strong>required</strong>.
