Right now, we’re recruiting a Content Marketing Intern in our Milan office.Your mission:We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Content Marketing Intern (extracurricular) to help us scale our Marketing campaigns in Italy for a duration of min. 6 months from September 2025. As a Content Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of the Italian marketing team, handling key responsibilities such as social media management, content creation, and copywriting. You will help develop and execute engaging posts, create original local content, and translate global messaging from English to Italian. Use platform insights and social media analytics tools to provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to optimize content, improve campaign results, and refine channel strategies.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li style="font-size:10pt;">At least 6 months of experience in social media, marketing, content creation, or communications, ideally for consumer brands or within creative agencies.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;">Italian Native speaker and fluent in English, both written and spoken, as you will be translating and adapting content between both languages.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;">You have a university degree focused on marketing, communications, business, or a related field</li><li style="font-size:10pt;">Passionate about creating engaging video and photo content for social media, with hands-on experience in producing both organic and paid content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).</li><li style="font-size:10pt;">Solid understanding of key social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and a passion for staying updated with market trends and platform updates </li><li style="font-size:10pt;">Exceptional writing abilities with a clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication style.
