Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and meet in-house and customer demands</li><li>Lead the demand planning process, collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams to create accurate forecasts</li><li>Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels, and timely replenishment </li><li>Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, implementing contingency plans as needed</li><li>Lead and mentor supply chain planners, providing guidance, training, and performance</li><li>Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in supply chain management</li><li>Oversee and manage the external manufacturing (EM) process</li><li>Develop and implement EM strategies to improve productivity and efficiency</li><li>Ensure compliance with product regulatory requirements</li><li>Manage the budget and costs associated with EM processes</li><li>Coordinate product or process projects as required</li><li>Other responsibilities as assigned</li></ul><ul></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience, or a combination of education and experience</li><li>At least 7 years of supply chain experience is required </li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing supply chain operations</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing staff</li><li>Proficiency in supply chain management tools</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain standards and best practices</li><li>Water industry experience/toll coating preferred, but not required</li></ul>Location, Travel and Compensation:Based in our Woburn, MA office, this role reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and requires travel up to 50%.
