We want full control over our creative output, our brand and our story. This team will be the voice, tone and visual style of Heat Geek across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, our website and beyond. Your profile You’ll be the hands-on shooter and post-production wizard that turns our raw footage into engaging, scroll-stopping content. From homeowner installs to product launches, you’ll capture the action, then shape it into something magical, snappy, smart and impossible to ignore. You’ll be tasked with growing viewer engagement and building a consistent Heat Geek look and feel across every piece of content. Outputs You’ll Handle:<ul><li>Main YouTube videos (educational, case study, promo)</li><li>Social Shorts (cutdowns, tips, reels, TikTok)</li><li>Testimonial and install shoots with homeowners</li><li>Product explainer and launch videos</li></ul> Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Shoot high-quality video content on-location and in-studio (interviews, installs, experiments)</li><li>Manage lighting, audio and video during shoots</li><li>Edit long form and short form content for YouTube and social media</li><li>Maintain a consistent look and feel across Heat Geek’s video content</li><li>Organise and manage asset libraries</li></ul> Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Confident with professional camera equipment</li><li>Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Efficient and versatile editor with a good eye for storytelling</li><li>Strong understanding of audio, colour correction, and export workflows</li><li>Comfortable working independently on shoot days</li></ul> Why us? Heat Geek is empowering people to revolutionise home energy at nation scale. Our best-in-class training, to upskill gas engineers to become heat pump installers, and digital tooling, enables independent installers to design highly efficient heat pump systems, the modern way.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
We <a href="https://courses.heatgeek.com/">train</a> people to install heat pumps, provide the tools to grow their business, and introduce them to homeowners. Working with partners like <a href="https://www.ovoenergy.com/heat-pumps">OVO</a> helps us&nbsp; scale our proposition and finance the upfront costs of installations to bring heat pumps to homeowners at the scale required for Net Zero.&nbsp;
Our Heat Geeks deliver industry-leading heat pump performance. This raises energy efficiency by 500%, on average, compared with gas boilers. This means energy bills fall&nbsp; by more than the cost of the loans that pay for the heat pump &mdash; enabling homeowners to upgrade their homes and save money every month.
