Your Mission You're here to take our finance operations to the next level – managing everything from consolidation and accounting to reporting. You’ll use LucaNet as our consolidation and planning tool and Odoo as our ERP backbone. <ul><li>Optimize financial processes: Design scalable workflows and best-practice playbooks that ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the board.</li><li>Turn numbers into impact: Define, monitor, and report on key financial metrics while driving continuous improvement and transparency.</li><li>Own consolidation &amp; financial statements: Take the lead in preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements under HGB—IFRS knowledge is a big plus.</li><li>Audit-ready mindset: Be the main point of contact for auditors and external partners, ensuring timely and clean audits.</li><li>Streamline systems: Manage integrations with payment providers to ensure seamless transaction flows and accurate data.</li><li>Business partnering: Deliver sharp financial insights and actionable recommendations to the management team.</li></ul> Your skills and qualifications <ul><li>Experience: 3+ years in finance, accounting, or audit, ideally at a Big Four firm or a fast-paced mid-sized company.</li><li>Technical skills: Proven track record in preparing consolidated statements; hands-on experience with LucaNet.</li><li>Accounting standards: Deep knowledge of HGB; solid understanding of IFRS is a strong plus.</li><li>System know-how: Comfortable working with ERP systems, Odoo and payment integrations are a plus.</li><li>Analytical and communicative: You love working with data and can clearly translate numbers into business insights.</li><li>Approach: Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-driven.</li><li>Languages: Fluent in German and English; Dutch is a strong plus.</li></ul> What you can expect from us <ul><li>Exciting industry: You will work in the dynamic world of mobility, which is a constantly evolving sector.</li><li>Real impact: Your work improves the lives of many bike couriers.</li><li>Take on immediate responsibility: Start making a difference right away and implement your own ideas.
