AECOM is seeking a talented and experienced Software Quality Assurance Tester to work a hybrid work schedule out of one of our offices in Cape Town, Durban, or Johannesburg South Afirca. The successful candidate will play an integral role on multiple projects ensuring the quality of internal and client-facing applications. Our R&amp;D team produces a variety of applications, typically with geospatial capabilities, that run on the desktop, web, AWS, and a variety of client production systems. The candidate will need to learn topics in water resources engineering and flood mitigation.This is an exciting opportunity to join an accomplished team and work on a variety of exciting and innovative projects for our various clients. The typical responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Conduct manual testing on a variety of desktop and web solutions.</li><li>Define, build, and maintain test scenarios that validate these solutions on an ongoing basis.</li><li>Execute test scenarios, monitor test results, identify issues, and work with the software development team to resolve.</li><li>Ensure solutions fulfill the highest possible quality, performance, usability, and supportability criteria.</li></ul>
