What you will do-We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Total Rewards professional to join our HR leadership team for the US and Canada region. As a key member of the regional HR leadership team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the agility to balance day-to-day operational excellence with long-term strategic planning. A core focus of this role will be designing and managing competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs tailored to a predominantly manufacturing workforce.
