Requirements
THE ROLE
The Global Operations team is responsible for ensuring our local markets are set up for success - making sure we have Standard Operating Procedures, processes and systems in place to deliver for our customers, as we experience a 10x growth in fleet size!
This Training Manager role is a new and unique role within Zoomo, setup to tackle a critical component of the business which is ensuring our growing mechanic workforce are appropriately onboarded, trained and set up for success in a highly dynamic business environment.
You will be responsible for leading the operational execution of the first global, standardised onboarding and training curriculum for our mechanics, with an immediate focus of converting initial written workshop processes into engaging and effective training materials for our mechanic staff.
You will be working closely with, and responsible for supporting our growing Operations Teams around the world, and alongside the People and Culture, Hardware and Product teams, to ensure that Zoomo is successful in developing and building a world class mechanic workforce. You will receive hands-on support from experienced Operations and Product Managers both centrally and in-region to deliver on the role.
We are looking for individuals who are keen to be hands-on, comfortable working in an ever changing, dynamic environment, and have excellent communication and organisation skills.
Specific e-bike knowledge is not required (just an optional bonus!) however, basic mechanical and technical understanding is required. Also, experience working within high-growth, operational business will be highly advantageous for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role will be responsible for the initial setup and then maintenance of the learning & development program for Zoomo mechanics (i.e. Zoomo Academy), focusing on the following areas:
