This position is hybrid and located in Budapest.<h3>The HRSD is responsible for the life cycle of an employee from hire to retire and we provide comprehensive HR administrative and advisory services for all employees globally.</h3><h3>The HR Ops Specialist works as part of EMEA HR SD team that provides employee life cycle support to Albemarle employees in Belgium, Spain, Italy, France, UK, Netherlands, Dubai and SA (appr. 60 employees) through HR tool including Workday, ServiceNow, call center. In addition, also responsible for supporting European fleet coordination.</h3><h3>Also, will collaborate with other Operation HR team members on daily service delivery, projects implementation, and process improvement opportunities.</h3><h3>This position is a fixed term contract for 2-year period (maternity replacement).</h3>What You Will Do<ul><li>Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle by being the first contact person for our colleagues via phone, chat and online requests for employees</li><li>Prepare all type of documentation for employees, like contracts, agreements, employment verification letters and much more in a timely manner</li><li>Support the on/offboarding process for the region</li><li>Manage the European fleet process for (Hungary, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain)</li><li>Keep our HR database updated regarding all type of company structure changes and employee data as we manage all type of data regarding HR processes</li><li>Respond to written and verbal inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources for the purpose of providing information, facilitating communication among parties and/or providing direction</li><li>Keep appropriate records on communication with employees and properly store and safeguard any required documentation/correspondence</li><li>Actively participate in ongoing initiatives and projects outside of the day-to-day work</li><li>Perform and prioritize multiple tasks under time constraints and shifting priorities</li><li>Follow and give oral and written directions to employees; maintain cooperative working relationships; interact with employees in a helpful, courteous and friendly and concierge manner.
