The Robotic Application Engineers work to ensure the installation &amp; commissioning for automation solutions (AGV, AMR &amp; KION automated systems). Planning, installation, commissioning and customer handover/sign off for automation solutions with driverless transport systems (AGVs). It is mandatory that you pass all the trainings and internal certifications when required by your line manager.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><h1><b>Tasks and Qualifications:</b></h1><p><b>Required functional competencies / experience / qualifications</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Programming language qualification and/or demonstrable experience in KIWI, C, C++, MATLAB, or Python ESSENTIAL</li><li>Completed vocational training in mechatronics or electronics or completed a Bachelors degree (Electrical engineering, mechatronics or computer science)</li><li>Basic knowledge of complex industrial projects (Industrial Robotics, Automotive, Aeronautics)</li><li>Desire to travel extensively across the UK&amp;I (primarily), plus Europe (up to 80% peak travel time)</li><li>Experience in commissioning of complex plants/systems would be an advantage</li><li>Ability to represent the company in front of the customer</li><li>Fluent spoken &amp; written English language skills essential</li><li>Interest in software development or programming</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Self-motivation</li><li>Good listening skill</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Full driving license</li></ul>
