This role is ideal for mechanically-inclined operations professionals that want to broaden and build their career experiences. Teamwork is at the heart of our operation, as mechanics work together to identify critical parts of our product lines that can be improved and ensure the safe working condition of our fleet.This is a full time Day shift position with hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and will cover two weekend days. Options for weekend days are either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday. What you’ll do:<ul style=""><li>Ensure operational compliance of fleet and complete quality checks for deployment </li></ul><ul style=""><li>Perform repairs from basic maintenance to complex electronic part replacement</li><li>Follow established safety procedures to ensure Lime riders are on the safest vehicles </li><li>Manage battery operations such as inspection, rotation, check in/out, and more</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation of completed quality checks for vehicles and parts</li><li>Support inventory management and organization of tools, parts, and vehicles</li><li>May assist with any level of tire maintenance including changes, inflation, or assembly</li></ul><ul style=""><li>Maintain and abide by safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse</li><li>Maximize the number of operational vehicles by efficiently completing tasks assigned</li></ul><ul style=""><li>Safely operate a pallet jack or push cart on a frequent basis</li><li>Additional job related tasks as assigned</li></ul>About you: <ul style=""><li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li><li>Experience in a similar industry preferred </li><li>Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 35 kg on a frequent basis required </li><li>Knowledge of cell phone applications. iOS experience preferred </li><li>Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends  </li><li>Experience safely operating a pallet jack or push cart </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform quick and efficient repairs</li><li>Self-motivated with and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily tasks  </li><li>A safety-oriented mindset, capable of conducting rigorous quality checks</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team </li></ul>Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider employment for qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.#LI-Onsite#LI-AM1If you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
