What You’ll Do:<ul style=""><li>Support and equip local teams across EMEA with the right framework, tools, and guidelines to ensure compliance.</li><li>Oversee cross-country workforce policies, identifying areas for improvement and standardization.</li><li>Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence across all EMEA regions.</li><li>Collaborate with Legal, HR, Procurement, and Operations to implement compliant workforce strategies.</li><li>Engage with vendors, contractors, and external partners to optimize workforce classification, contracts, and regulatory processes.</li><li>Develop and implement compliance frameworks that align with evolving EMEA labor laws.</li><li>Drive policy standardization initiatives for management across multiple EMEA countries.</li><li>Provide data-driven insights and reports on workforce trends, compliance risks, and process improvements.</li></ul>About you:<ul style=""><li>3-5 years of project management experience in HR compliance, workforce governance, or labor management.</li><li>Strong understanding of UK, EU, and EMEA labor laws, and workforce regulations.</li><li>Proven experience managing multi-country compliance frameworks within EMEA.</li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional projects, working closely with Legal, HR, Procurement, and Operations teams.</li><li>Analytical mindset, with expertise in data analysis, compliance tracking, and reporting to drive informed decision-making.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul style=""><li>Experience in workforce governance and HR policy standardization.</li><li>Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.</li><li>Background in HR Operations, employment law compliance, or labor law consultancy.</li><li>Exposure to fast-paced, multinational environments with workforce responsibilities.</li></ul>#LI-Remote#LI-TG1If you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
