With our rapid global expansion, you’ll play a vital role in crafting highly scalable payment architecture systems that can process a massive volume of requests originating from our consumer apps. You get an opportunity to work with a talented group of engineers, data scientists, designers and PMs who are passionate about creating innovative solutions for urban transportation and modernWhat you will do:<ul style=""><li>Identify, define, and strategically solve essential technical problems, including architecting and building highly scalable foundational platforms, spearheading new product initiatives, and revamping core application experiences.</li><li>Evaluate and provide clear reasoning for the technology and architecture choices made, as you will often be decider for these choices.</li><li>Lead the cross-functional collaboration with PMs, Engineers, Design, Data Scientists, Research, and Operations teams.</li><li>Mentor and guide other engineers on the team. Identify and develop future leaders.</li><li>Advise Lime’s management team on key technology adoption and process improvements.</li><li>Contribute to shaping overall engineering culture at the company.</li></ul>About you:<ul style=""><li>6+ years of industry professional software development experience, and a track record of building impactful products or systems.</li><li>Strong background and proven leadership in iOS development.</li><li>Experience in payment integrations, financial technology and payment processing standards. (preferred)</li><li>Android development experience. (bonus)</li><li>Dynamic, driven and hands-on, yet capable to multitask across functions.</li><li>Experience with mobile testing frameworks and services.</li><li>Passionate.
