For this position, we are targeting individuals who live within the EMEA region as it will offer practical advantages due to team collaboration and the positions regional focus.What you will do:<ul style=""><li>Oversee the full bid lifecycle, including pre-release preparation, bid analysis, final submission, and post-bid evaluations.</li><li>Lead and manage a team of bid professionals by setting goals, defining KPIs, supporting performance processes, and fostering collaboration through regular one-on-one and team meetings.</li><li>Serve as lead proposal manager on high-priority or complex bids.</li><li>Ensure consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment of all submissions with business objectives.</li><li>Act as the key liaison between the proposals team and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Report on bid pipeline progress, win/loss trends, and proposal quality metrics to leadership.
