You will work closely with engineering, product development, and project teams to ensure customer needs are met with optimal energy storage solutions. Your responsibility areas:<ul> <li>Collaborate with customers to understand application requirements and develop tailored technical concepts. </li> <li>Design and calculate energy storage solutions that deliver measurable energy and cost savings. </li> <li>Create technical documentation and value propositions that clearly communicate the economic and environmental benefits of our ultracapacitor-based systems. </li> <li>Prepare and present technical proposals, showcasing the solution’s added value from both a technical and business perspective. </li> <li>Identify new application areas and business opportunities across various industrial and energy sectors. </li> <li>Support the sales team in offer development, tender processes, and technical negotiations. </li> <li>Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members when required. </li> <li>Operate independently in your role, managing your own workload with minimal supervision.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>A degree in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy systems, or a related discipline. </li> <li>Previous experience in technical sales, application engineering, or solution development. </li> <li>Understanding of energy storage technologies, power electronics, or related systems (experience with ultracapacitors is a plus). </li> <li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into concrete technical solutions. </li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in customer-facing roles. </li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and innovation-driven environment. </li> <li>Fluency in English, both spoken and written.</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>We offer flexible working hours, with the possibility of mobile working without core working hours and sufficient freedom for your own ideas.</li> <li>A flat hierarchy culture - fostering our great working atmosphere.</li> <li>A motivating opportunity for continuous growth at Skeleton.</li> <li>An additional day off every year for your birthday. </li> </ul>We're not just about energy storage.
