You will be responsible for developing and growing sales opportunities within the region, including upselling from the existing customer base.In this role, you'll partner with governments across the region, driving interest and sales of ICEYE as the go-to partner for developing their space programs, defense, and dual-use technology capabilities.Within this role, you will challenge the status quo, strive to push ICEYE forward while collaborating with internal teams as required. You will be tenacious and have a keen eye for the commercial considerations in any deal. You will also identify how any prospect aligns with the company's long term ambitions. <h3> Key Measures of Success </h3><ul> <li>Commercially successful: Winning new business in the stated regions, in line with targets</li> <li>Influential: Building network within relevant organisations within Poland and the CEE region</li> <li>Aligned: Engaging with the internal roadmaps and growth plans, to ensure commercial approaches are in line these intentions  </li> </ul><h3>Responsibilities </h3><ul> <li>Establish a trusted positive relationship with the customer</li> <li>Achieve additional sales with the customer, building upon existing sales</li> <li>Grow and develop satellite sales pipeline within the region for 2025-2026 initially</li> <li>Collaborate with the Data line of business and its sales persons located in your defined territory for mutual benefit</li> </ul>RequirementsRequired:<ul> <li>5+ years of sales experience within the Aerospace, Defense or Space industry</li> <li>5+ years of International sales export experience</li> <li>5+ years experience with earth observation, preferably SAR</li> <li>Existing network with decision level making contacts within National Governments and European organisations. </li> <li>Experience in executing complex strategic sales thinking and the application of professional sales processes.</li> <li>Ability to speak Polish and English </li> <li>Willing to travel as required, primarily in the region and to Poland</li> </ul>Preferred: <ul> <li>Have produced capture plans and deliver upon win strategies</li> <li>Have a focus on customer success and a proven track record of closing sales based on value</li> <li>Strong desire to prove themselves with a hunger to excel in the industry</li> <li>Strong fundamental sales skills</li> </ul><ul><li>Experience in conducting lead qualification, development of opportunities, conducting gate reviews with management, leading multi-department team, bid-no bid reviews, understanding competitive analysis</li></ul><ul> <li>Charismatic and exceptional communication abilities</li> <li>Experience of using SalesForce or other CRM</li> <li>Sales training in Miller Heiman, Korn Kerry, Shipley or similar</li> <li>Additional CEE languages would be beneficial </li> </ul>Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl.
