The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, a strong communicator, and highly organized. The key to your success is the ability to adapt to ever-changing conditions.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><p> </p><ul> <li>Coordinate the daily calendar of the Chief Financial Officer</li> <li>Plan appointments and events with internal and external participants; resolve conflicts as they arise</li> <li>Plan, manage &amp; track action items for each team member</li> <li>Communicate day-to-day project requirements and priorities</li> <li>Facilitate internal communication and lead ad hoc assignments, commensurate with a operations of a nimble environment</li> <li>Book travel for the executive team and, on occasion, important guests</li> <li>Lead timely and accurate completion of expense reports</li> <li>Host visitors and support onboarding of new team members</li> <li>Assist with meeting and event planning</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><h2>Required</h2><p> </p><ul> <li>High School diploma or GED</li> <li>Minimum 8+ years of administrative experience</li> <li>Minimum 4 years experience supporting an executive level business leader at a global company</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize leaders' calendar with ability to make judgement calls and decisions based on rapidly shifting priorities</li> <li>Proven ability to work in a fast paced, often changing environment with efficiency and accuracy</li> <li>Ability to take initiative and ownership over sometimes ambiguous tasks and situations with little oversight</li> <li>Experience with planning domestic and international travel</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with a strong attention to detail</li> <li>Experience coordinating projects</li> <li>Ability to work with confidential information</li></ul><h2>Desired</h2><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree </li> <li>Positive attitude and works well with others</li> <li>Tech or start-up experience a plus</li> <li>Experience supporting multiple leaders</li></ul><h2>Additional Information</h2><p>Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $102,000-$136,000.
