THE ROLE

As a People and Culture Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the People & Culture Business Partner and broader team, across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, such as recruitment, onboarding, changes in employment and offboarding. You will also provide first level support to all employees, responding to P&C queries in a timely manner.

As a member of the P&C team, you will champion the Zoomo virtues and contribute to a positive work environment and strong staff engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acting as a first point of contact for P&C queries
  • Providing efficient administrative support to P&C Business Partner
  • Manage and own the administration of the entire employment lifecycle
  • Managing all P&C systems (including maintaining accurate employee records)
  • Support and assisting recruitment team
  • Producing timely and accurate P&C reports for key stakeholders
  • Office management

Requirements

  • Studying towards or completed CIPD level 5
  • Previous experience in administration/customer services, preferably within a P&C team
  • Experience with systems/database administration and the ability to analyse and make improvements to systems
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and complete work accurately and on time
  • Discretion, sound judgement and a genuine interest in pursuing a career to the delivery or People Strategy
  • Excellent administration skills, including in the use of MS word, Excel and Powerpoint applications
  • Effective interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
  • It would be great if you spoke German too.
