Through in-depth, ingredient-level insights into factors ranging from greenhouse gas emissions to animal welfare to labor risk, HowGood data powers strategic decision-making for the sourcing, manufacturing, merchandising, and marketing of sustainable products.
HowGood is seeking a Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing talent across teams including engineering, product, and sales. This position is HowGood's first hire for Talent Acquisition and you will have the opportunity to take make your mark and take ownership of this function. You should have experience filling senior to entry level roles in a B2B SaaS company or similar environment, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of complicated technical stacks and coding languages.  

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and keep them informed regarding progress on all open roles
  • Manage and execute on the full recruitment life-cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, providing feedback, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, candidate management, and negotiating offers
  • Create and employ effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for current and future needs
  • Develop and maintain an excellent candidate experience
  • Track and analyze metrics to improve our recruiting process and strategy

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience with full-life cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience with diversity recruitment a huge plus
  • Experience implementing creative sourcing strategies
  • Experience working for a high-growth SaaS company or similar experience 
  • Knowledgeable of complex technical stacks and coding languages
  • Experience with Lever ATS a plus
  • General knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
