Job DescriptionReporting to the Vice President, Portfolio Management, the Director, Portfolio Management (Risk &amp; SOX Compliance) will work with operating businesses globally to assess, understand, and mitigate key business risks. This role leads the global SOX compliance program, ensuring strong internal controls over financial reporting across all portfolio companies.
