The Human Capital Function in US provides support and strategy at every level of Alantra’s business in the US. We are looking for an Associate to join our international Human Capital team to contribute to the day-to-day business and to the execution of our people initiatives in the US. The successful candidate will have direct exposure to all levels of the organization and will have the opportunity to gain responsibility and develop in a fast-paced environment.
