This leadership role focuses on encouraging, empowering, and developing the team while navigating ambiguity and continuous change. Given the dynamic nature of our industry and company, adaptability is key. This role requires presence in the office 5 days a week.</p><h2><strong>What you can do:</strong> </h2><ul><li>Manage headcount reports with senior leaders and finance</li><li>Present recruitment and hiring data to senior leaders </li><li>Inspire, develop, and engage a high-performing recruitment team</li><li>Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities for team members</li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent pools across technical and non-technical roles</li><li>Oversee relationships with multiple staffing agencies and recruitment technology vendors</li><li>Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance against SLAs, and optimize partnerships for cost-effectiveness and quality</li><li>Utilize analytics to track key recruitment metrics and identify process improvement opportunities using data-driven insights</li><li>Build and enhance Supernal's employer brand through internal partnerships, hosted events, and external outreach</li><li>Stay current on eVTOL/aerospace talent market trends, competition analysis, and skill-based landscape evolution</li><li>Ensure full compliance with employment laws, including OFCCP requirements</li><li>Participate in strategic workforce planning initiatives with senior leadership</li><li>Manage contingent workforce strategy and contractor-to-full-time conversion processes</li><li>Travel domestically and internationally up to 10% as needed</li><li>Other duties as assigned to support organizational objectives</li></ul><p></p><h2><strong>What you can contribute:</strong></h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>Minimum of ten (10) years of full-cycle recruiting experience (aerospace and/or eVTOL experience preferred)</li><li>Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing a team of 5 or more recruiters across various disciplines</li><li>Proven success managing recruiting teams located across multiple locations</li><li>Phenomenal partnership and interpersonal skills</li><li>Expertise in navigating local and national talent market including competition, supply &amp; demand trends and skill-based landscapes</li><li>Experience managing vendor partnerships for TA systems and external recruiting agencies</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, a plus</li><li>Experience improving talent acquisition processes and metrics</li></ul><p> </p><div><div><div><p>Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
