<div>About The Company GROPYUS creates sustainable, affordable, and aspirational buildings for everyone through modular construction and setting a new standard in smart living.</div><h2>About the Role</h2>We’re looking for a colleague to join our Accounting &amp; Tax team who will take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping and support key financial processes and projects.<h2>Your Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>You are responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant bookkeeping in daily operations.</li><li>You independently handle the classification and posting of ongoing business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting, including regular account maintenance, reconciliation, and clarification.</li><li>You also support the processing of electronic payments and bank postings and prepare VAT returns.</li><li>You support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (UGB).</li><li>You continuously improve processes in your area of responsibility and contribute to the automation and digitalization of our company.</li><li>You prepare special analyses and statistics and act as a point of contact for auditors and banks.</li><li>You are an important part of group-wide projects.</li></ul><h2>Who You Are:</h2><ul><li>Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification</li><li>Ideally, completed training as a certified accountant or tax clerk</li><li>At least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting</li><li>Several years of experience in financial accounting and financial reporting</li><li>Strong numerical understanding and quick comprehension</li><li>High level of reliability, motivation, and personal responsibility</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel</li><li>Good experience with SAP (S4 Hana)</li><li>High attention to detail and conscientiousness</li><li>Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style</li><li>Fluent in German, both written and spoken</li><li>Good English skills</li></ul><h2>What we offer</h2><ul><li>An unlimited contract with 30 vacation days.  </li></ul><ul><li>Flexible, hybrid work: You can work from home or come into the office on the schedule that works best for you.
