You will advise and coach leaders on complex issues, mitigate risk, and act as a central pillar in maintaining our high-trust culture. Your work will directly impact our business by resolving challenges and protecting our team and company.Your responsibilities will be focused on:<ul><li>Employee Relations Management (50%): Own and resolve a high volume of complex and sensitive employee relations cases from end-to-end, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, and absence management. You will conduct thorough investigations, provide expert counsel to leaders, and ensure fair and consistent resolutions that mitigate risk.</li><li>Proactive Risk &amp; Policy (30%): Leverage your expertise to identify emerging trends and potential risks within the organization. You will use insights from your caseload to inform and shape proactive solutions, including manager training and policy refinements, ensuring they remain relevant, fair, and legally compliant.</li><li>Management Coaching (20%): Serve as a trusted advisor to People Leaders, providing coaching and support on a variety of sensitive people matters.
