You can read more about us in <a href="https://pacificfusion.com/updates/founders-letter">this letter from our founders</a>.<h1>About the Role</h1><h2>Job Overview:</h2>As the Head of Enterprise Systems, you will be responsible for the systems that enable the entire supply chain at Pacific Fusion. You will work to build and optimize systems, processes and data to enable the engineers and scientists across the organization as they bring our demonstration system online.<h2>Responsibilities:</h2><ul style=""><li>Oversee all aspects of our procure to pay tool, Coupa</li><li>Oversee the integrations from Coupa to a future Manufacturing Execution Systems tool including master data, inventory management and KPI reporting</li><li>Create weekly reporting to reflect system health and business process performance</li><li>Work across the finance, supply chain and manufacturing teams to create efficiencies in business processes</li><li>Implement modern security practices in all tools in coordination with the Head of IT Security</li><li>Drive the onboarding process for new tools required by members of the engineering and scientific teams</li></ul><h2>Qualifications:</h2><ul style=""><li>Experience with Coupa</li><li>Experience owning integrations with other supply chain tools such as an MES and an ERP</li><li>Experience guiding the implementation and improvement of supply chain tools</li><li>An immense desire to wield technology to make help the company scale efficiently</li></ul><h2>Preferred but not required:</h2><ul style=""><li>Experience in both large and small organizations</li><li>Experience working in industries such as: fusion, energy, aerospace, automotive or manufacturing</li><li>Experience working closely with PhD scientists and R&amp;D technology organizations</li></ul><h2>Benefits:</h2><ul style=""><li>Industry-competitive salary</li><li>Equity plan</li><li>6% employer 401k matching</li><li>Generous paid time off (including sick leave, vacation, paid family leave)</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance</li></ul>Actual base salary offered will be determined by: experience, skills, and work location.
