Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees and teams operate in well-supported, compliant, and high-performing spaces.This is a hands-on, multi-site role requiring excellent organisation, great communication, and a strong eye for detail. You will regularly travel between Bristol and Cirencester, supporting both proactive maintenance and reactive needs to keep our spaces running smoothly.What You’ll DoFacilities Maintenance and Inspections (mainly based in Kemble with multi-location site as per team requirements)<ul style=""><li>Conduct weekly walkthroughs to ensure workspaces are clean, fully stocked, and presentable</li><li>Perform routine checks of fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and other safety equipment</li><li>Carry out scheduled fire alarm tests and site walk around, ensure compliance with health and safety standards</li><li>Manage minor repairs and maintenance activities across sites, updating the maintenance tracker accordingly</li><li>Oversee locker allocation, maintenance and planning </li><li>Maintain Company assets and ensure these are kept to a high standard </li><li>Maintain essential provisions across all facilities</li><li>Conduct weekly checks on the pool car, manage bookings and user access, and report any issues</li><li>Liaise with suppliers and contractors, fostering strong working relationships</li></ul>Operational &amp; business Support:<ul style=""><li>Coordinate and order catering for meetings and events as required</li><li>Provide support across all sites, including ad hoc travel to meet operational needs</li><li>Assist in organising company events and staff gatherings</li></ul>Administrative Responsibilities:<ul style=""><li>Procure and monitor staff consumables across all locations, managing stock levels and expenditure within budget</li><li>Order and restock non-consumable items as needed</li><li>Monitor and respond to emails from the Hello and Workplaces inboxes</li><li>Log and track workplace-related tickets to ensure timely resolution</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing post and parcels, ensuring timely distribution to relevant teams</li><li>Support general administrative tasks, including maintenance of records and documentation</li></ul>What You’ll BringEssential<ul style=""><li>Previous experience in facilities or workplace management (or a related role)</li><li>Demonstrated experience in Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) practices with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and workplace safety standards. </li><li>Experience in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Basic understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly around fire safety</li><li>Practical mindset with the ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and liaise confidently with contractors</li><li>Effective communication skills and a positive, proactive approach</li><li>Competence in using standard office software for administrative tasks</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities</li><li>A friendly customer focus approach to solutions</li><li>Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle</li></ul>Desirable<ul style=""><li>IWFM associate membership</li><li>IOSH certification</li><li>Experience supporting projects or workplace fit-outs</li></ul>What can you expect from us?We're on a mission.
