This role is critical in ensuring the performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction of Ballard’s clean energy solutions.<br><br><span style="font-size:14px;"><b>Responsibilities:</b></span></div><ul>	<li>Provide on-site and remote field support for Fuel Cell Electric Buses, including installation, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance.</li>	<li>Deliver high-quality customer service and technical guidance to both existing and new customers.</li>	<li>Recommend service improvements and repair strategies to enhance product performance.</li>	<li>Accurately maintain service logs, repair records, and maintenance documentation.</li>	<li>Travel to customer locations within a 50-mile radius as required.</li></ul><div><br><span style="font-size:14px;"><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></span></div><ul>	<li>Minimum 5 years of field service experience with fuel cell products or electric transit buses in a transit or similar environment.</li>	<li>Post-secondary education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).</li>	<li>Advanced troubleshooting skills specific to electric transit buses.</li>	<li>Strong knowledge of fuel cell systems and their operation (an asset).</li>	<li>Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical component repair and replacement.</li>	<li>Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics, technical drawings, and P&amp;ID loop diagrams.</li>	<li>Proficiency with software tools including Windows, Word, Excel, Vantage Point, and other diagnostic or reporting tools.</li>	<li>Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers.</li>	<li>Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li></ul><div> </div><div>The typical hiring range for this position is $75,040 - $93,000 annually.  Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on job related knowledge, education, qualifications, and internal equity.  </div><div style="text-align:center;"><br>Our Values<br>Listen &amp; Deliver | Quality.
