Acting as a key partner to People Team leadership, the role drives process improvements and ensures compliance with local labour laws. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Employee Lifecycle Management: Responsible for driving and documenting processes as to the employee lifecycle (end-to-end), ensuring compliance with local laws, and seamless employee experience. </li></ul><ul><li>HR Data Management: Manage HR system actions (e.g., UltiPro), update people-related data, and assist with global HR technology projects.
