If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div>The Role:Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:   <ul><li>Lead the Quality Engineering Activities in KSA plant. </li></ul><ul><li>Manage the Quality Engineering Teams for all commodities: Interior, Exterior, Electrical and Electronics and Powertrain. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the compliance of the Milestone’s Quality deliverables during the launch phase with the corporate standards. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the follow up and compliance of the Quality tests and validations with Product Engineering team. </li></ul><ul><li>Deploy the APQP/PPAP process in coordination with Supplier Quality Development and Product Engineering teams. </li></ul><ul><li>Proactively track parts/suppliers’ qualification and readiness and identify and mitigate associated risks for each milestone. </li></ul><ul><li>Track parts readiness with Supplier Quality Development and Product Engineering team to ensure readiness for trial builds and Start of Production. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the parts maturity Level and track their introduction to the plant and secure the production lines. </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor the reactivity with Incoming Quality, Logistics teams and suppliers regarding the defective parts. </li></ul><ul><li>Create and implement the parts quality inspection standards and ensure the technical training for Incoming Quality teams as well as any Third-party resources. </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor the problem solving with Launch team, check the solution’s implementation and effectiveness. </li></ul><ul><li>Lead the reactivity process regarding the Pre-Delivery Inspection and Lucid Customer Product Audit with supplier quality, manufacturing and Product Engineering. </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor the New Parts Introduction Process and well as Lead the Change Management Process. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure interface with Product Engineering Team for changes and their implementation. </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor the ECR implementation within PLM or equivalent system. </li></ul><ul><li>Participate in improving customer experience by leading 0MiS and 3MiS findings and associated containment and problem solving in coordination with Field Quality, Supplier Quality, Product Engineering and Manufacturing. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure team members coaching and skills development. </li></ul>Qualifications:  <ul><li>Engineer or master’s degree in manufacturing or engineering discipline is required.  </li></ul><ul><li>13+ years of experience in automotive industry with minimum 5 years with OEM.  </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in launching a greenfield OEM plant and new vehicle is a must. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in Quality Engineering and Supplier Quality is required. </li></ul><ul><li>Good understanding of Product and Process Engineering is a plus. </li></ul><ul><li>Good understanding of vehicle assembly processes is required, experience within an EV company is a plus.  </li></ul><ul><li>Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.  </li></ul><ul><li>Able to motivate, influence, gain consensus and support within a wide variety of supporting departments and can interface well with senior management.  </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects.   </li></ul><ul><li>Strong data analysis and visualization skills.  </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to lead complex issues and communicate with different levels of the organization. </li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of APQP/PPAP methodologies and Quality Core Tools is a must. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (MS-Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)  </li></ul><ul><li>Creative, energetic, self-motivated and highly organized. </li></ul><ul><li>Team and conflict management.  </li></ul><ul><li>Critical management skills with a high level of initiative and sound judgement.  </li></ul><ul><li>Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.  </li></ul><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
