Coordinate recruiting efforts to ensure that competent, diverse, and skilled workers are hired, and workload levels are appropriate and maintained, and work to minimize turnover.</li></ul>What You BringRequired:<ul><li>Min. 5 years’ work experience in a relevant field</li><li>MSc / BSc in Human Resources or Psychology / Business Administration / Finance preferred</li><li>Experience with HRIS (preferably Workday); Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word</li><li>Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, employee relations, labor relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state employment laws.</li><li>Good knowledge of the Indian Labor Legislations.</li><li>The ability to proactively build strong trusting relationships and employ influencing strategies to gain support and achieve results and common goals.</li><li>Strong consultative, presentation, and business communication skills.</li><li>Able to prepare for and participate in difficult conversations.
