Our purpose guides every decision we make, from the tools we develop to the relationships we nurture with our Members.Role OverviewThe Global Head of Equities Product is responsible for ensuring Liquidnet continues to identify, design, launch and market innovative trading solutions that help solve liquidity, trading, and workflow challenges for our buy-side Members in a globally consistent way that drives mutual beneficial outcomes for our clients and business.Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead Global Product organization in partnering with business leads and technology stakeholders to set product strategies, develop roadmaps, design requirements and execute KPI driving initiatives.</li><li>Own go-to-market plans inclusive of managing pilots, migrations, and launches in coordination with cross department teams</li><li>Regularly consult with clients, business partners and industry consultants to evaluate needs, evolving market structure, opportunities and competitive landscape</li><li>Coordinate with the technology organization for delivery of key technology initiatives</li><li>Ensure global consistency and quality of product requirement documents and go to market checklists</li><li>Set process and goals for prioritization of work across the technology organization</li><li>Communicate updates on key product initiatives to stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure transparency</li><li>Ensure there is a clear escalation point for the global business leaders on any product related issues</li><li>Establish and measure KPIs around the delivery to the business and the performance of our products to ensure we continue to build and improve our current offerings while looking to drive new initiatives</li><li>Build and maintain a high performing global product organization</li><li>Manage Global product management budget –events, team travel and compensation</li></ul>Experience / CompetencesEssential<ul><li>Exceptional understanding of global equity markets, trading products, and institutional trading trends</li><li>Strong knowledge of execution management systems, trading venues, and algorithmic trading</li><li>Experience with the product development lifecycle and a track record of successfully managing and delivering products from planning to successful implementation</li><li>Be a collaborator and a problem solver enthusiastic about creating meaningful, market differentiated value propositions.</li><li>Ability to engage effectively across all levels and customers to facilitate delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Leadership skills to coordinate and drive initiatives across various teams</li><li>Strong ability to manage stakeholder feedback and expectations</li><li>Ability to network and build long-term, high value client and partner relationships</li><li>Customer-centric approach to designing user experience workflows</li><li>Experience with project management and multi-tasking across multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Experience managing global teams</li><li>Knowledge of multiple asset classes including Futures, Options, and Fixed Income</li></ul>Role Band &amp; Level: Function Head, 8 #LNET #LI-Hybrid  #LI-DIRNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
