This position requires knowledge of financial business processes with a strong emphasis in the Order to Cash area, application and system design, training, and ongoing support.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for deep business process knowledge in order to identify and propose process efficiencies within the systems.</li><li>Design and configure The Order-to-Cash (O2C) System to account for new process requests/requirements that may arise; implement efficient, effective and user friendly processes within The Order-to-Cash (O2C) System</li><li>Resolve escalated issues related to configured processes in The Order-to-Cash (O2C) System</li><li>Review major release notes for The Order-to-Cash (O2C) System and provide delta assessment and impacts.</li><li>Produce, maintain and conduct test plans for user acceptance testing for new functionality and defect resolution; regression testing and testing of fixes to defects in releases.</li><li>Partner with Integration teams responsible for development and support of The Order-to-Cash (O2C) System integrations with interfacing systems.</li><li>Create training materials and conduct assist in or be able to lead The Order-to-Cash (O2C) System user training.</li><li>Perform day-to-day tasks that involve ongoing support of the system.</li><li>Promotes user adoption by improving usability.</li><li>Responsible for first contact resolution (FCR) for user raised questions and issues, maintaining always a sense of urgency, providing excellent user experience and efficiency</li><li>Lead solution strategies for business requirements, enhancement requests and defect fixes. Identify, develop and deliver business and technical solutions to customer satisfaction.</li><li>Utilize strong functional knowledge across Order to Cash functions, including Customer on-boarding, dispute management, invoicing, cash application and collections.</li><li>Manage As-Is and To-Be business process mapping, process re-engineering and gap analysis. Recommend opportunities for streamlining, consolidating and optimizing processes.</li><li>Lead solution strategies for business requirements, enhancement requests and defect fixes. Identify, develop and deliver business and technical solutions to customer satisfaction.</li><li>Create a positive business relationship with key business stakeholders</li><li>Maintain relationship with the Regional Super Users of The Order-to-Cash (O2C) System</li><li>Influence up / down stream processes with Executive leaders, peers, and suppliers</li><li>Work in partnership with IT to obtain and commit necessary resources at the appropriate time, level, and expertise to support any IT related items required for the system.</li><li>Maintain relationship and Collaborate with the Global and Regional Process Owners</li><li>Engage with The Order-to-Cash (O2C) System user group/s to gather information around process improvements other The Order-to-Cash (O2C) System customers are implementing</li><li>Utilizes reporting tools to write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Develops standard reports for ongoing needs and ad hoc queries as needed, working with staff to identify information requirements.</li><li>Prioritize and escalate issues efficiently for prompt resolution</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) platforms such as Leading ERP (O2C) modules, High Radius, Emagia or Get Paid as a technical owner, implementer, or system administrator with strong functional knowledge. High Radius experience preferred.</li><li>Experience implementing of O2C systems and knowledge of implementation Life-cycle</li><li>Demonstrated track record of establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting system issues and working with other groups to prioritize and resolve the issues</li><li>Experience in Process Improvement</li><li>Acting as a liaison between internal associates and external customers to resolve concerns</li><li>Familiarity with compliance and governance controls.</li><li>Fluent in excel, PowerPoint, word, etc.</li><li>Sound critical thinking and attention to details</li><li>Advanced oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
