At our site in Boenen, we are looking to strengthen our team at GEA Farm Technologies GmbH with a Product Manager Hygiene Solutions &amp; Technology (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Take responsibility for the product portfolio in the field of hygiene chemicals and equipment</li><li>Analyze market and competitors to identify new trends and customer needs</li><li>Monitor technical and commercial competition</li><li>Collaborate with R&amp;D, factories, sales, marketing, procurement, controlling and all stakeholders to ensure new product developments and successful product life cycle management</li><li>Provide commercial and technical market support for Hygiene chemicals and Equipment</li><li>Training and support of the sales team regarding new products and applications</li><li>Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements</li><li>Develop and implement initiatives for growing the  of product strategies for market introduction and further development</li><li>Assist with SAP data creation and maintenance</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Completed studies or comparable qualification in agriculture science, agricultural economics, chemistry, process engineering, industrial engineering, or in business administration with a strong appetence for technical topics</li><li>Several years of professional experience in product management is a plus</li><li>In-depth knowledge of hygiene, chemicals and equipment is an advantage</li><li>Experienced in working in an intercultural environment</li><li>Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high level of initiative</li><li>Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach</li><li>SAP knowledge and full proficiency with the MS Office suite</li><li>Very good written and spoken in English and German language</li></ul>We offer:<ul><li>Possibility for mobile working</li><li>Social benefits such as company pension scheme</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Job bike program (JobRad)</li><li>30 days annual leave</li><li>Friendly and collaborative working environment</li><li>Health management program</li><li>On-site canteen</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
