Work with the various departments to implement and apply cost accounting policies and procedures. Lead cross-functional initiatives that support operational goals. Drive definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in the financial control process within own area of responsibility. Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Define and implement internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations. Ensure compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines. Apply processes and tools to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information. Ensure high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.Minimum Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field and 8 years of experience in the position offered or 8 years of experience performing finance or controlling processes for manufacturing operations. Also requires 8 years of experience developing financial reports and variance analysis, including POV, PPV, or Efficiency. Requires 7 years of experience preparing budgets and financial statement forecasts, including balance sheet and profit and loss statements. Requires 5 years of experience: managing manufacturing costs; liaising between finance and manufacturing teams; and ensuring internal control implementation and compliance with relevant guidelines, regulations, and laws.  Requires 3 years of experience: using SAP and MS Office applications; and leading cross-functional initiatives in support of manufacturing operations.
