This work will be performed under direct supervision.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Currently enrolled college student pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering at an accredited university is required.</li><li>Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).</li><li>Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.</li><li>Must be able to work on-site in Miamisburg, OH.</li><li>Prior coop experience is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills within campus life and extracurricular activities.</li><li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li><li>Good communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing engineering principles (cycle time analysis, process instructions, layout calculations, Kaizen, and lean practices) is beneficial for this position.</li><li>Working knowledge of CAD software, either AutoCAD or SolidWorks (or both) is beneficial for this position.</li><li>Please note that due to the requirements from the Department of Energy, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.</li></ul>#qioptiq  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
