Here are some of the perks and rewards:<ul><li>Generous benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance)</li><li>Generous holiday entitlement, with the option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell’</li><li>A focus on continued personal development</li><li>Paid time off work for volunteering in the community</li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle</li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Ensure the completion of repairs and overhauls on time, to standard, and within agreed budgets for both specific repairs and overall department budgets.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety practices and quality standards.</li><li>Carry out the total maintenance of equipment.</li><li>Maintain the stock levels of materials required and ensure that the appropriate tools are in place and ready for use.</li><li>Report and document component failures.</li><li>Contribute to optimum team performance and capability by providing quality work to maintain and enhance the reliability of equipment.</li><li>Assist, support, and train service crew.</li><li>Test and evaluate refurbished and repaired generators and prepare test reports as per ISO standards.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Educated to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in an engineering/mechanical subject (can include apprenticeship).</li><li>Experience servicing and repairing large engines (generators, HGV, plant equipment, agricultural machinery).</li><li>Good organisational and communication skills.</li><li>Good level of PC literacy, including basic MS Office applications.</li><li>Well-organised and capable of keeping a vehicle to GSCS standards.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
