Individuals should have a passion for and a deep understanding of EV repair and possess outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills. <strong>This role is based out of our Lucid Service Center located in King of Prussia, PA. </strong> <br><strong> </strong><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Drive technicians through highly engaging EV repair and diagnostics training of the highest quality </li><li>Organize and prepare classroom and shop settings for instructor-led training </li><li>Provide feedback from training sessions back to the development team to help build the most robust training in the industry </li><li>Support the Learning &amp; Development team in creating industry-leading training as a subject matter expert </li><li>Maintain Classroom and shop cleanliness and organization for in-person training </li><li>Maintain and order consumable and parts inventory </li><li>Work with training coordinator to handle all student records and scheduling   </li><li>Work with Serviceability Engineering team to stay up to date on the latest procedures and best practices </li><li>Comply with all Lucid safety rules, guidelines, and quality standards </li><li>Some international travel may be necessary   </li></ul><p><strong> Qualifications: </strong> </p><ul><li>3+ years plus of technical training in the automotive field </li><li>5+ years of working in the vehicle repair industry   </li><li>In-depth knowledge of repair and diagnostics techniques, tools, and equipment.</li><li>Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and teach a diverse audience.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Willingness to travel to provide on-site training and support at facilities both nationally and internationally.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements and technologies.</li><li>Certifications in electric/hybrid vehicle repair advantageous</li><li>General understanding of the training development process </li><li>Previous OEM training experience preferred </li><li>Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of software </li><li>Current passport  </li></ul><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
