The primary objective is accountability for the safe and compliant operations of the utility-scale solar farm.   </p><p>This position will be based at Daggett, CA.</p><h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 20, 60);">What You'll Be Doing</span></h2><ul><li>Manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the PV industry, with an emphasis on safety, planning/scheduling, and preventive/predictive maintenance</li><li>Primary responsibility for availability, meeting contractual obligations, and budget</li><li>Monitor and enforce safe work practices as they relate to PV Solar plants and PV Solar BOP repairs and maintenance</li><li>First line supervisor responsible for technicians.
