As a seasoned and experienced Sr. QAE you will be part of a fast moving development team launching major products. An experienced, passionate, hard-working, and talented Senior Quality Assurance Engineer who have experience building innovative and mission critical end-2-end test software applications that support the Aspiration ML solutions. You will have an enormous opportunity to make a large impact on the quality of our ML solutions and customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Work with stakeholders to define and solidify the end-2-end test requirements for Aspiration products with ML solutions and rich customer experiences.
• Establish new test frameworks and processes for testing Aspiration products with ML solutions in an E2E manner using highly scalable software infrastructure and tools.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver the end-2-end test solutions against aggressive schedules.
• Conduct the end-2-end test for assigned products and deliver the test reports against the aggressive schedule.
• Look to the future and identifying what the team will need to test that were not thought possible today.
• Demonstrate technical excellence in all aspects of assigned technical projects.
• Mentor junior test engineers to help them grow technically and professionally. • Develop and launch core product features
• Influence our overall strategy by helping define product features, drive the system architecture, and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product
• Interact with cross-functional engineering teams across Aspiration
• Dive into and take ownership of mission critical software puzzles
• Participate in and drive design reviews
• Innovate, prototype, and create new technology
• Design and architect highly stable and scalable tests for a critical application at large scale
• Work in an agile environment to deliver high quality software, Well versed with Load & performance, Secuiryt, Accesibility, different forms of testing & automation

What You'll Bring

• 10+ year of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Experience in manual testing
• Experience in automation testing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead other team members.
• Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and define roadmaps.
• Ability to work with cross-functional internal teams.
• Ability to work with multiple priorities and make things happen quickly.
• Excellent writing and verbal communications skills.
• Experience converting high-level product requirements into successful test setup, engineering design and implementation.
• Experience in hands-on modern script programming languages (i.e. Python).
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Demonstrated success delivering high quality, innovative end-2-end system test solutions and test reports.· Experience developing software using IDE in a SOA, Client-service environment
• Experience designing and developing automation test frameworks and tools in Javascript, Java or C#/C++, or equivalent experience
• Experience with standard QA tools and practices, such as functional API testing, integration testing, and UI functionality and usability testing, with a passion for automation
