Must have strong customer service skills and be able to work independently.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform pre-installation site surveys at customer locations and create related documents for management review</li><li>Install, calibrate and test reverse vending machines</li><li>Trouble shoot, diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions</li><li>Train customers on the operation and maintenance of RVM's</li><li>Conduct quality inspections on already installed equipment</li></ul>· Compile reports based on work order specifications and company procedures#indsrvne
