And that’s where you come in.Accountabilities<ul><li>Requirement Management project database: Configuration and Management</li><li>Project Engineer support for requirements management purpose during all project life cycle</li><li>System Engineering support for requirements development respecting traceability</li><li>Supporting responsible to define the Requirement Management Plan (RMP)</li><li>perform analysis of defects/incidents to find the root cause of problem</li><li>Requirements Engineering process during all project life cycle</li><li>Requirements KPIs analysis</li><li>Technical support to enable improved project deliverables (e.g. CAD, GPLM, etc)</li></ul>Required Skills/ Knowledge<ul><li>Knowledge in Requirement Management discipline</li><li>Deep Knowledge of the IBM DOORS tool and DXL Language</li><li>Liaise with clients and the system design authority to confirm system requirements</li><li>Advanced knowledge in MS Office software package (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Power Point)</li><li>Analyse stakeholder needs and expectations to establish the requirements for the project or system</li><li>Create and maintain the project requirements in DOORS</li><li>Provide project requirements management progress and KPI reports</li><li>Knowledge of V life cycle</li><li>Basic knowledge of Rail Transit Subsystem.</li><li>Problem solving capability</li><li>Communicate Effectively</li><li>Team working capability</li><li>Working under stress</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in similar positions is a preferential title</li></ul>Education / Qualifications Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or Information Technology Qualifications/Associate Degree or equivalent technical background.    Languages English fluent.
