Collaborate with business development, demand generation and product management in the creation of thought leadership, portfolio content, sales tools, integrated campaigns and advertising.</li><li>Leads start-to-finish marketing collateral development for large, complex initiatives from product messaging and positioning to creative briefs, etc., via multi-department, multi-channel coordination.</li><li>Track and report on KPIs while providing insights and recommendations to improve results</li><li>Monitor and report on the success of product launches, adjusting strategies as needed.</li><li>Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.</li><li>Interpret customer personas and use insights to tailor marketing efforts.</li><li>Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns related to product launches.</li><li>Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.</li><li>Ensure that product marketing campaigns and materials align with vertical business strategies and objectives.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Vast experience in commercial buildings</li><li>Highly organized with strong project and time management skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Thinks customer-first, balanced with keen category foresight and willingness to embrace the large, complex global and regional product launches with excellence.</li><li>Capable of managing multiple product launches across matrixed departments, leadership levels and distribution channels  with influence.</li><li>Displays analytical and creative ability to translate complex development ideas and technical input into customer-facing content.</li><li>Ability to translate voice of the customer and value propositions into effective product marketing campaigns</li><li>Comfortable with quickly understanding, filtering, and consolidating input for concise, effective decision making.</li><li>Thinks and plans big picture but executes with an eye for detail and excellence across all touchpoints.</li></ul>Key Relationships:<ul><li>Internal: business development, demand generation, sales, product management</li><li>External: channel partners, engineers, contractors, end users</li></ul>Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Similar</li><li>8-10 years of product marketing</li><li>Specific work experience in commercial buildings</li><li>Proven history of product management and marketing success in a product marketing position</li><li>A desire to Collaboration on a high level with internal and external teams with internal teams, channel partners and vendors</li><li>Possess a strong technical aptitude to understand product features, competitive gaps/advantages, customer challenges and solve problems</li><li>Ability to travel 10-20%</li></ul>The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 USD Annual plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
