This role is pivotal in building customer trust and satisfaction by aligning NEXTracker’s field performance with client expectations.</p><h1>Key Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Deliver onsite technical support for NEXTracker’s global customer base, promoting a high-quality experience.</li><li>Take ownership of personal and team safety at project sites.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all NEXTracker policies, procedures, and safety standards.</li><li>Acquire and maintain advanced knowledge of PV solar tracking systems and related tools.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams including project management, engineering, quality, and applications.</li><li>Review construction documentation for accuracy and alignment with project plans.</li><li>Provide consistent project reporting, including daily updates and weekly status summaries.</li><li>Conduct and participate in internal construction management meetings.</li><li>Train large-scale construction teams (300+ personnel and subcontractors) in NEXTracker system installation.</li><li>Coordinate weekly scheduling and site logistics with customers.</li><li>Escalate critical issues to the Senior Manager of Operations as needed.</li><li>Support hydraulic and battery tool maintenance for installation tasks.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</h1><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems.</li><li>Proficient in the use of heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, bobcats, scissor lifts).</li><li>Familiarity with construction tools like laser levels and transits.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Strong foundation in construction math and analytical problem solving.</li><li>Proven leadership and team management abilities.</li><li>Excellent client relationship management skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.</li><li>Committed to safe working practices.</li><li>Willing and able to travel up to 100%.</li><li>Prior solar industry experience is highly desirable.</li></ul><h1>Work Environment:</h1><p>Field-based at various construction sites.<br>Physically demanding; requires walking, standing, lifting, and working outdoors in varying conditions.<br>Fast-paced and dynamic work environment with high customer interaction.</p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;">At Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers.
