Reporting to the Head of Talent &amp; Culture, this role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and adoption of core talent practices, including performance, promotions, and succession. You’ll oversee multiple workstreams, partnering cross-functionally to identify needs, build scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
