Lime is looking to add a Facilities Manager for the EMEA region to the team. In this role, you will fill an instrumental position to ensure that best practices are implemented, standardized and that the most suitable working environment is attained in our offices and warehouses for Lime employees and their activities.
You should have a deep understanding of, and experience with hard & soft Facilities Management services in the industrial/logistics sector with a focus on the physical building, electrical infrastructure, and stakeholder/vendor management.

What you'll do:

  • Support the setup and decommissioning of Lime’s offices and warehouses from A-Z.
  • Oversee building security, maintenance, and services.
  • Oversee and supervise a wide range of facility projects, from buildouts, setup of electrical infrastructure to supporting our mission to transition to a zero-emissions company.
  • The correct and timely process to obtain building permits.
  • Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
  • Advice on maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.
  • Advice on continuous improvement practices by developing playbooks, guidelines, and tools related to your domain.
  • Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Real Estate team to ensure proper facility selection.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in facility management, real estate, business, information management, engineering, or equivalent experience/certification.
  • 3+ years of facility management experience preferably in hard facility services in the industrial & logistics sector.
  • Understanding of the electrical infrastructure of physical buildings and capacity calculations.
  • Knowledge of fire safety and general EHS related subjects.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects across multiple markets simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and handle technical challenges.
  • Able to work both as a team player as well as independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience with Google suitePreference: German speaker.
  • Position requires frequent travel.
