Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Maintain raw materials and finished goods inventory through accurate transactions, material transfers and movements, FG shipments, within locations.</li><li>Supervise daily shipments to ensure all orders are shipped accurately and on time.</li><li>Supervise receiving activities to assure correct inventory management.</li><li>Supervises and trains all warehouse personnel on shipping, receiving, material kitting and warehouse transactions activities to ensure compliance of company procedures and systems and customer guidelines.</li><li>Implement process for monitoring capacity constraints for both equipment and personnel in the warehouse area.</li><li>Responsible for documented completion of training for staff/employees per current company procedures.</li><li>Supervise and control external warehouse transactions.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Associate’s degree in engineering, Business or equivalent experience directly related to the job function.</li><li>Must have a minimum of 2-5 or more years’ experience in Warehouse Supervisory or another related field.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP / Warehouse systems. SAP is a Must.</li><li>English language knowledge at a minimum of B2 is a Must.</li><li>Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, supplier partnerships and JIT techniques such as Kanban is a Plus.</li><li>Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communications skills to communicate with all levels of Associates.</li><li>Must be a strong team player and have strong influencing skills with the ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.</li><li>Good organizational skills.</li><li>Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment.</li><li>Accurate and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to assist and support others.</li><li>Maintain emotional control under stress. </li><li>Maintain positive attitude when dealing with customers. </li><li>Occasional prolonged and irregular hours. </li><li>Some lifting and carrying of heavy objects (25 lbs. or over). </li><li>Ability of Walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, walking and/or climbing for periods of time as per job requirement.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
